" We visited you last week while we were on holiday and I just wanted to say that we were very impressed with all the facilities you offer – the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the lunch we had was excellent. The tour of the power station was extremely interesting and well worth the entrance money; the gift shop had some unusual things to take back home, which were not over-priced and the toilets were wonderfully clean! Well done indeed- yours must rate as the top attraction in Argyll and Bute!! Keep up the good work – it really is appreciated and we shall return – must see the osprey again!!! "

"First of all I would like to reiterate the comments that I left in the visitors book at the Power Station last week. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and all the meticulous information that was given both in the exhibition and by our excellent guide, Brian. A lot of information, facts and figures presented in a professional and educational way. Even down to the Osprays across the other side of the Loch!! I got the strong impression that Scottiish Power and their employees are justifiably proud of Cruachan and the environment around them. It was heartening to find out about alternative power sources that the Company, as a major player in the power industry, are currently investigating in light of the impending doom cloud of climate change. All subjects that are of great interest to us.Thank you very much for a most enjoyable and worthwhile visit. Our very best wishes for the future Scottish Power, Cruachan Power Station and all members of staff. "

"I'm just writing a wee line in thanks for the excellent welcome and tour of the Cruachan Power Station last Wednesday. I visited with my wife and 3 children, one of whom is only a few weeks old and was in his pram. We were delighted with the warm welcome we received from all the staff in the centre and they couldn't do enough to accommodate us, including storing the pram for us while we went on the tour. I can honestly say we have never been to any other attraction in the UK where staff have been so friendly. The tour was conducted by Davy with Libby who were both very professional and for being rather new to the job, I thought Davy did especially well and quickly built a natural rapport with the visitors. The tour itself was most informative, engaging and entertaining and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cruachan Power Station to anyone as a good afternoon out. Thanks again "
